mRNA In Vitro Synthesis
Reported by Marcia Brady | September 3rd, 2024 @ 01:20 AM
RNA in vitro transcription is achieved by RNA polymerase T7 or SP6, which can bind specifically to T7 or SP6 promoter and produce single-stranded RNA complement to the sequence from down-stream DNA template. Vectors we provided are optimized for efficient transcription and high stability in vivo. We also offer codon optimization service to achieve a higher protein expression level. The UTR sequences, type of Caps, length of PolyA tail and modification status could also be customized. Additionally, you can select from a variety of purification options, including spin column purification, oligo-dT beads purification, and high-performance liquid chromatography.
